Beijing Playhouse Theater, Playhouse, Beijing's community theatre presenting English language performances in China's capital, will bring a special performance to the exhibition hall of Expat Show Beijing. Cast and crew of Beijing Playhouse productions are a mix of expatriates and local Chinese who are scrounged up from under rocks all throughout the Beijing community. Their talents, dedication and expertise create live popular theatre for expatriates and English speaking Chinese and they will demonstrate it twice a day on Expat Show. |

Chinese Knots Workshop:
You will have the opportunity to learn several different Chinese knots from CCC folk artist Ms Wang, and work out your own knots and hang them up on your neck or your bag.
Peking Opera Face Painting:
CCC will invite the Peking Opera artists to join the show. For this workshop, the artists will don on the spectacular costume and you could take a picture with them. Anybody could have a chance to try the Opera face painting on his own face.
Blowing Candy Figurine:
In this workshop you could observe the whole process of blowing sugar paste into different figures -- all zodiac animals, butterflies and insects! |
